1. The Project
This 12-home development offers two floor plans with homeowners in mind, with 1.5 or 2 full bathrooms on offer, an ensuite off the main bedroom for easy access and convenience, and another separate guest bathroom, a popular choice for families or those who need a flatmate.
2. The Challenge
The challenge was to develop a cost-effective insulation package that delivered reliable thermal compliance while also providing appropriate acoustic separation between adjoining and internal living spaces.
3. Our Solution
A cost-effective insulation package was developed to deliver reliable thermal and acoustic performance in line with GIB Noise Control Systems and New Zealand Building Code requirements.
