This single-level home is built around the way families actually live. Soaring cathedral ceilings draw your eye upward while full-height glazing dissolves the boundary between a warm, light-filled interior and the expansive outdoor deck beyond.
2. The Challenge
This striking single-level home with an insulation package that delivered strong everyday comfort, targeted acoustic control and dependable thermal performance without unnecessarily over-specifying the build.
3. Our Solution
Targeted thermal & acoustic insulation to suit 90mm & 140mm exterior walls, and high-performance R7.0 ceiling insulation. This created a well-balanced system that supported the home’s design with effective warmth.
